Happy 103rd Birthday, Gipper!
Gene Lalor | February 6, 2014
Don’t expect Obama’s mainstream media to observe the day but February 6th marks the occasion of President Ronald Wilson Reagan’s 103rd birthday.
Easily one of the greatest presidents America had in the 20th century, along with Teddy Roosevelt, Reagan not only righted the country after the disaster that was the Carter years but restored our military, our pride, and our reputation as the world’s pre-eminent superpower and, aided by Pope John Paul II, helped bring down the evil empire of the Soviet Union.
Though we have reverted to an even worse presidency than Carter’s with our current, socialist Liar-in-Chief, there is always the hope that we can find, not another Ronald Reagan since that’s a virtual impossibility, but perhaps someone similar to preserve the future of the United States of America.
May God bless the Gipper, Ronaldus Magnus, and keep him in our memories!
