    Unsurprisingly Stephen Goss – the Social Security actuary – agrees with the people who employ him that the immigration reform bill is a good thing. His “independent” analysis always seems to support the line the current administration is taking.

    When Bush was president and pushing the merits of privatizing Social Security Goss fell right into line and issued supportive studies.
