We fall in line
One by one
To climb the
Golden stairs.
We sign in with
The CQ
Who is in charge
There.

He assigns us all
To a place
Where we will
Serve with care
For only we Marines
Will do
With no others
Will we share.

We know the Lord
Has chosen us
To guard his streets
With care,
He placed those words
Into our Hymn
For all of us to
Share.

You’ll find us at the
Pearly Gates
And on the Golden Stairs,
We’ll keep the Holy Orders,
They will not need repair.

Let all who come to
Share with us
This place of Peace Divine,
Bring only faith
And honesty
And a heart of love
Sublime.
