CPO Jeffrey T. Colson Sr., of Moyock, NC died 7 July 2012. He joined the United States Navy in 1983, and saw action during Operation Enduring Freedom. He served on the USS John F. Kennedy and was an Electronic Systems Maintenance Technician. A two-time recipient of the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, he retired as a Chief Petty Officer in 2003. After retirement, CPO Colson trained police forces on anti-terrorism operations while working with Blackwater. He was also an avid motorcyclist.
CPO Jeffrey T. Colson Sr. is to be laid to rest on the hallowed grounds of Arlington National Cemetery on 24 October 2012 at approximately 1245 hours from the Post Chapel on Ft. Myer.
PGR has been invited to attend the services for this warrior, and we will be there to stand tall silent and proud in honor of this American Hero, his family, friends and comrades at arms.

Transit: 1200 hrs to Post Chapel, Ft Myer
Flag Line 1215 hrs Flag Line
Honors: 1330 hrs Interment ANC (time approx.)

Iron Horses preferred, cages welcomed as always.
Mounted large flags preferred for the Transit (furl upon Chapel parking).
Large hand-held flags NOT used in ANC for graveside services, but are needed
for an Honor Flag Line.
Military mandated ID / gear ARE required for this mission.
(Photo ID, long pants and sleeves, full finger gloves, over-ankle boots, face shield / goggles / windshield, reflective vest or belt or jacket).
Cooler weather is upon us.
