How Does Joe Biden’s Hysteria Compare to the “Dean Scream” of 2004?

Just what is it about election year politics that brings out the ding-bat in Democrat politicians?

For those who witnessed Joe Biden’s mental collapse last week during the vice presidential debate, it might seem as though old Joe took the all-time honor for insanity before a television audience of 30 million or so.

However, Biden’s brush with insanity was nearly matched in intensity in 2004 when Howard Dean “went off” after a primary loss in Iowa.

Let's hope that Howard Dean's demise into la-la land is a harbringer of things to come for wacky Joe Biden!
