Electoral College: We have a problem
Joe Wierzbicki | October 27, 2012
There’s been a lot of good news about the national polls over the past few weeks, which have shown Romney surging ahead to a lead of 1% – 5% nationally. However, there is a problem – in the key battleground states the Obama campaign and Democrat Super PACs have outspent Romney and the Republicans, such that the Electoral College estimations still show Barack Obama with a lead.

When you take into account early voting – where Obama and the Democrats have amassed a sizable lead – you can see why we still have so much work to do in these final 11 days. We need to step up our efforts even more – it’s not been quite enough because the polls show we are behind where we need to be if we are going to be victorious on Election Day.
