The President is quick to claim his foreign policy and national security doctrines as successful. He will tell all who listen that HE killed Osama Bin Laden, that democracy is taking shape in the Middle East under his direction.  But those who remember a United States of America that didn’t apologize for its strength, that treated allies as friends and enemies as enemies, will obviously not agree with his version of the last four years.

With just 43 days left until election day, and polls showing that Obama is better on national security than Romney, we must educate voters that President Obama has chosen political convenience over America’s national security, has withered in the face of terror, and stumbled in the eyes fo four military men and women.

The mainstream media is not telling the truth about Obama’s record.  That is why we are announcing our URGENT TV advertising campaign to give Americans a true version of foreign policy and national security over the last four years and ask voters if they can afford four more years?

9/20/12…His policies of accommodation and concession… An outstretched hand to Iran’s mullahs, a first-time presidential admission of the U.S. role in a 1953 coup, a studied and stunning turning away from the Green Revolution; withdrawal from Iraq with no residual presence or influence; a fixed timetable for leaving Afghanistan; returning our ambassador to Damascus (with kind words for Bashar al-Assad — “a reformer,” suggested the secretary of state); deliberately creating distance between the U.S. and Israel.

These measures would raise our standing in the region, restore affection and respect for the United States and elicit new cooperation from Muslim lands.

It’s now three years since the Cairo speech. Look around. The Islamic world is convulsed with an explosion of anti-Americanism. From Tunisia to Lebanon, American schools, businesses and diplomatic facilities set ablaze. A U.S. ambassador and three others murdered in Benghazi. The black flag of Salafism, of which al-Qaeda is a prominent element, raised over our embassies in Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen and Sudan.

The administration, staggered and confused, blames it all on a 14-minute trailer for a film no one has seen and may not even exist. What else can it say? Admit that its doctrinal premises supremely were naive and its policies deeply corrosive to American influence?

Charles Krauthammer is correct and if Americans aren’t educated soon on the direction of our foreign policy we are afraid of what our influence in the world will look like in a second Obama term.

With the events of the last month in Egypt, Libya and continuing in Syria and Iran we could no longer sit idly by while our military and national security is eroded by our Commander-in-Chief.  We can’t sit on the sidelines while this administration apologizes to our enemies for our freedom of speech, refuses to stand with our ally Israel, and continues to “lead from behind.” 

America has and always will lead from the front and should not apologize for our strength or influence in the world.  Obama sought to “reset” relations with the Muslim world, with Russia, with China, but this stance has emboldened those who wish to see our influence recede and worried those allies that count on the USA to be a beacon of light and hope in a dark world.

With the help of great patriots like yourself, we can produce a TV ad that will make clear the difference between an America led by President Obama and his apologists or an America led by a leader that knows peace comes through strength.
