Cain Solutions Inc. | September 24, 2012
The Job Creators Solutions Truth Tour featuring Herman Cain was in the Sunshine State this past week, as big crowds turned out in Miami, Tampa and Jacksonville for events featuring Herman Cain – and focused on real solutions to the nation’s critical problems of unemployment, economic stagnation and mounting debt.
During one of the Florida stops, Mr. Cain was joined by some of the program participants in discussing how current policies are hampering economic growth. Click the image to watch:

Mitt Romney paid what the tax code required; Don’t like that? Here’s a solution: 9-9-9! One of the dopiest Democratic campaign themes this year has concerned the release of Mitt Romney’s tax returns. First they blasted him for only releasing two years’ worth of returns, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid actually took to the floor of the U.S. Senate to accuse Romney of not paying income taxes at all for 10 years – which of course was a complete lie. This past week, Gov. Romney released his 2011 tax return, which showed he paid a rate of about 14 percent and gave about 30 percent of his income to charity. Now Democrats are screaming that he paid too much, or that he lied, or that he’s hiding something, or whatever they can think of. We say: Gov. Romney paid what the very complicated tax code requires him to pay. And do you know why the tax code is so complicated? Because the very people screaming about this refuse to simplify it. As a result, people’s economic behavior is manipulated to the avoidance of taxes rather than being focused on the attainment of prosperity. Want to read more about how to fix that? Get Herman Cain’s 9-9-9: An Army of Davids. It explains Mr. Cain’s signature proposal for replacing the tax code, in a way that anyone can understand – even a Democrat or a member of the media, assuming they actually wanted to understand it (which they probably don’t). And if you order the book now, we’ll also send you a sharp-looking lapel pen with a torch Mr. Cain designed for those of us fighting for replacement of the tax code. It’s not a pin you can buy anywhere else, and we only have a limited supply, so order today!
