A poll released this week shows Tea Party favorite and MAFPAC candidate Martha Zoller in a tight race, but leading the establishment candidate by 4 points. With the help of great Patriots like yourself and buoyed by endorsements from conservative heroes Sarah Palin, RIck Santorum, Newt Gingrich and Herman Cain, Zoller forced the runoff election, set for this coming Tuesday, to determine the Republican candidate and likely next representative in Congress from Georgia’s heavily conservative 9th district.
We only have until Tuesday, August 21st to help her get elected and fill another seat with a pro-Troop candidate we can count on!!

The below article makes clear there is a difference in this race, even though both candidates are attempting to portray themselves as more conservative. One candidate, Martha Zoller, is backed by modern conservative heroes and has the majority of military and Tea Party support, while her opponent polls over 50% of the “moderate” voters. The choice is clear.

It’s not every day you get to help one of your best friends get elected to the U.S. Congress, and we have known Martha very well over the years and we know she will never waver in her support for our military.
We know she stands up for the Troops and our military and we know she holds strong to her conservative values. That is why we support her for Congress and that is why leaders such as Sarah Palin do as well.Â
Melanie Morgan, MAF’s chairman, along with Martha Zoller and a handpicked team of radio professionals from across the country, traveled to Baghdad, Iraq where they spent over a week interviewing troops at Camp Liberty to get the story straight from the source.
The Voices of Soldiers project earned awards from Associated Press for best special program and Martha Zoller shared in that.
She was so moved by her experiences in Iraq that year that the next year she went back again, this time to bring a grieving family to the place where their son gave his life for his country.
Martha has always been a stalwart supporter of our troops – that’s what we liked about her in the first place, and that’s why we brought her to Iraq in 2005. She’s always stood up for our military men and women, even when it was not the popular thing to do. Back in 2005 and 2006 when it seemed everyone was trashing the war, Martha stood by groups like Move America Forward in defending our troops and their missions overseas.
