The Jim Henson Company Intollerant Of Christians
J.J. Jackson | July 24, 2012
The Jim Henson Company’s CEO Lisa Henson is intolerant. Yes, it is true. Sure, she claims to be tolerant and she probably thinks that because she supports the oxymoron of “gay marriage” that she is one of the most intolerant people on the planet. But she’s not.
Exhibit A against her is the fact that she has had her company very publicly end its association with Chick-fil-A because the company is very outwardly Christian and president Dan Cathy is against creating a fictitious entity to make gay couples feel better about themselves. The Jim Henson Company will no longer provide children’s toys for Chick-fil-A’s kid’s meals because they are intolerant of the company and their owners exercising first amendment rights.
Of course The Jim Henson Company has the right to not associate with Chick-fil-A. But their decision to not associate with them only proves their intolerance of people who disagree with them. Sad. So very sad.
Oh, and just remember, The Jim Henson company also provides muppets for Sesame Street. Just saying. Might want to consider that before feeding the intolerant hand of this company by patronizing such shows and their merchandise. Doing so only provides dollars to fuel their intolerance.
