Marine Corps Female Engagement Teams

Female Engagement Teams (FET) are one of the most important assets in the Marine Corps’ counterinsurgency strategy in Afghanistan. FETs are able to engage segments of the population that male Marines cannot interact with due to cultural traditions and customs. Watch to learn about the mission, capabilities, and measurable results of FETs working alongside Marine Corps infantry in the Helmand province of Afghanistan.
