Department Of Labor Gives Puerto Rico $8.5 Million For Disaster Relief?

Forget arguments over the constitutionality of it. It is not constitutional in the least, but bear with me. Look at it from a strictly logical point of view. Why would the US Department of Labor be in the business of doling out money for disaster relief? Don’t we have other, unconstitutional, bureaucracies for that? You know, like FEMA?
Still, the check has been cut to the tune of $8,563,333 from the DoL to Puerto Rico for “cleanup and recovery” of last year’s August hurricane that struck the island. No wonder our government is in shambles and debt up to its eyeballs! Not only do we do unconstitutional things with our preciously short dollars, but we have multiple departments within the government duplicating these unconstitutional services to justify themselves and their bloated budgets each year. With management like this, America cannot survive.
