I feel so blessed right now – we all should.
For the past few days I was a participant in a series of strategy sessions and planning meetings with many different people about the efforts that are being undertaken to DEFEAT Barack Obama, and ensure he is not occupying the White House after the November elections.
As Vice Chairman of The Campaign to Defeat Barack Obama, I have an unwavering commitment to do everything that I can to help restore liberty to this great nation of ours. Somehow, We The People allowed the politicians and those who buy them off, to redefine the America we used to know and love.

Over the years, We The People started to dismiss what was good, celebrate what was bad, and throw away the core principles this nation was founded on and that helped us to become mankind’s best hope. Well, I feel blessed because over the past few days I saw that I was not alone in my thinking – that there are so many others who feel the same way as I do and who are not only determined to take our country back, but who also have the skills and talents to give us a really good chance at being successful.
There are some specifics I cannot discuss regarding the plans being put in place – as it would be foolish for us to show our opponent, Barack Obama and his associates, our playbook. But there are some things that I am excited to share with you.
First of all, it was an exciting coalition of people from so many different backgrounds in the conservative movement. I’m sure that you would have found that some people had worked with leaders and for causes that are identical to your beliefs, and others might have represented a different shade of conservatism than your own – and that’s what was so exciting. You see, we had so many different types and styles of conservatism coming together and working cooperatively to DEFEAT Barack Obama!
We had people that worked with Gov. Sarah Palin, Ronald Reagan, Rush Limbaugh, Patrick J. Buchanan, Herman Cain, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann and many others. We had some of the founding leaders of the tea party movement present. We had people who’ve worked with Human Events and The Weekly Standard. We had radio talk show hosts, TV station owners and executives. And, we had some of the best minds in the conservative movement who are committed to fighting for this country and our children’s future.

I’m sure you can tell how excited I am. I’ve been fighting for the conservative cause for so many years, and was so gutted to see voters entrust the power of the presidency to Barack Obama – a man who had spent his life aligning himself with the likes of Bill Ayers, Saul Alinsky and Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
And with the launch of the tea party movement and then our election victories in 2010, there was the groundwork for We The People to launch a comeback. This weekend I saw the roadmap that will lead to victory in November.
As I type this email to you, some of our team are flying to Wisconsin to work on new efforts to DEFEAT the RECALL that Obama’s operatives have organized against Gov. Walker. As you know, they don’t just want to oust Gov. Walker from office (which we cannot allow to happen), but they also want to steal away Wisconsin’s 10 Electoral Votes in November’s presidential election. We cannot allow them to succeed.
So many people have told us they have concerns about one of the potential Republican nominees. And we understand those concerns – none of the candidates are perfect. What that should underscore for us is this simple point: beyond just defeating Barack Obama we must ensure we elect good conservative constitutionalists to Congress – to serve as a check on whoever is president.
We need to stop the out-of-control spending. It just never ends – more debt ceiling increases, more new government programs, more growth in the size and power of government. The political establishment likes the growth in government because it means there is more of the pie for them to divvy up and stake their claim to.
But the American people suffer as a consequence. We lose our freedoms and our liberties. We impose massive amounts of debt on our children’s generation, tying their hands and making them dependent upon the Chinese and European bankers who will want them to pay back all the money we have been borrowing for the past few years.
As my friend and colleague, Lloyd Marcus – our Chairman, said yesterday: One thing you need to know – when it comes to our effort to defeat Barack Obama and elect a conservative Congress, you can be sure that what has happened in Vegas the past few days won’t stay in Vegas. We’re taking the fight for our future to battlegrounds all across this great nation, and we will be honored to have your support in this critical endeavor.
