News reports over the weekend made it clear that President Obama is the most pro-abortion President we have ever had. Several states have passed laws to defund Planned Parenthood, but the Obama Administration is using the federal government to force states to give tax dollars to the largest abortion provider in America.
The ACLJ is aggressively battling against Planned Parenthood, the abortion industry, and pro-abortion ObamaCare in Congress and in state and federal courts across the country. We are actively supporting Texas, New Hampshire, and Indiana as they try to stop millions of our state and federal tax dollars from going to Planned Parenthood.
Take action today to stop pro-abortion ObamaCare and Planned Parenthood’s anti-life agenda.

- Assist in the transfer of “Baby Joseph” when his Canadian doctors wanted to take him off life support, allowing him to spend the last few months of his life at home with his family;
- And achieve dozens of additional pro-life victories in 2011.
We have already seen the toll that our efforts have taken on the abortion industry as four more Planned Parenthood abortion clinics have closed their doors. Take action to continue these efforts.
Yet with each of these victories, pro-abortion forces have redoubled their efforts to increase abortions and silence the pro-life message. In the year ahead, we face a number of monumental challenges to protect the lives of unborn babies:
- Pursue Planned Parenthood in two multi-million dollar fraud lawsuits for allegedly overbilling taxpayers in California and Texas;
- Continue to defend a majority of the pro-life pregnancy centers in New York City against a pro-abortion law that threatens to shut them down;
- Support state and federal efforts to defund Planned Parenthood;
- Defend an 80-year-old pro-life advocate who is being sued by Obama’s Justice Department for communicating his pro-life message;
- Defeat pro-abortion ObamaCare at the Supreme Court to stop the largest expansion of abortion since Roe v. Wade;
- And so many more critical efforts to defend the lives of unborn babies.
