FBI Director Criticizes Bill Requiring Suspected Terrorists to Be Held By Military

FIB Director Robert Mueller has complained legislation backed by Sens. Carl Levin, D-Mich., and John McCain, R-Ariz., that would require suspected terrorists -- captured at home and abroad -- to be placed in military custody ties the administration's hands in intelligence gathering and interrogations.
