Suspend 2012 Elections? Hell No, Here Is a Better Way!

Governor Perdue’s proposal to suspend the 2012 elections so that candidates could spend more time fixing the problems, instead of campaigning, was rightfully laughed into oblivion by serious observers.

However, the dizzy blond from North Carolina hit the nail on the head in one respect: America’s pressing problems will be ignored for the next 14 months so that incumbent politicians can exaggerate, fabricate, pontificate, and LIE about their dismal records which have damn near destroyed America.

Rather than suspending the elections, why not move them up to November 1, 2011?

Six weeks is too little time you say?

Perhaps, but if you eliminate time and money wasted on fund raising, attack ads packed with lies, and all the miscellany associated with hoodwinking voters to repeat the travesty of 2008, and just hold the damn elections we might be able to save our democratic republic.

After all, the damage to our economy, the rule of law, and our international image has already been done. Nothing is going to change the fact that Barack Obama has ruined what was once a first-class nation.

From downgrading of the US credit rating, to the manner by which foreign affairs are mishandled, the verdict is clear: Obama and his Marxist pals must go—NOW!

What about the nomination process for the GOP and all the simple-minded debates still to come?

Trash them all and let Mitt Romney and Herman Cain be the standard bearers.

With Obama’s current poll numbers, the election would not even be close, so the obligatory feeding at the public trough by appeal lawyers could be avoided.

What about the Constitution and all of that?

America is in crisis because close to 70 million nincompoops installed a moon bat who is totally without qualifications.

Move the election up and fix the mess created by “We the People.”
