Federal Agencies Runamuck

This is what everyone can expect to happen when you put queer far left-wing Marxist in positions of high authority as Barak Hussein Obama has done. Next time you vote take this into consideration because the people a president hires are going to reflect his ideology and they are the ones that will go around the country imposing regulations on everything that moves they think is in disagreement with their ideology. By the way, this unconstitutional regulation process comes with the force of law. They only call them regulations in order to be able to legally circumvent the constitution because the constitution says only congress can make law. Congress authorizes the federal agencies then they run amuck enforcing regulations the congress doesn’t even approve.
The only way to hold congress accountable is to start firing the chairman of these committees with the message, don’t create an agency if you are not going to provide the proper oversight and order them not to install any regulation without congress approval. The problem with this is…Who’s checking up on all these agencies? Who’s looking for corruption? If corruption is found, who’s prosecuting? Who’s assuring justice will be served? Did you know that for every law passed by Congress, un-elected bureaucrats in government agencies pump out on average 18 new regulations, each with the force of law?
Test yourself; are you afraid of the IRS? Do you have confidence in the FBI? Are you satisfied with the job being done by the BATF, CIA, CPSC, DEA, EEOC, EPA, FCC, FDA, FDIC, FERC, FTC, NLRB, OSHA, and SEC? What about the ATBCB, CFTC, FCA, FEC, FHFB, FMC, NCUA, NMB, NTSB, NRC, PBGC, PRC, SBA, SSA, USITC, AND USPS? The truth is you and I don’t even know what most of these agencies are and neither does the majority of congress. These agencies were created long before many in the congress were elected and have gained such power members of congress are frightened of them and let them do whatever they want. I want you to consider this next part because it is very important; those that do know about these agencies leave it at hands off because they don’t want to take the blame for mess-ups from these agencies such as the current “Fast and Furious” debacle of the ATF selling guns to gangs in Mexico.
You see, they know most Americans are ignorant of what is really going on with these agencies imposing regulations that strip us of our freedoms and they milk it for everything they can get out of it. In the case of the ATF the Attorney General has oversight but denied he knew the existence of the “Fast and Furious” so he passed the buck but he is the one that not only knew but authorized what they did and so did his boss Barak Hussein Obama although the denials keep coming. Now do you see why “we the people” must demand accountability for the actions of these runamuck federal agencies such as the ATF and EPA?
If you checked the U. S. Constitution, you would find this sort of run amuck federalism isn’t allowed. When these powerful government agencies go astray and they do and will in the future, and your freedoms are at odds with the powerful central government, whose side will win? As Voltaire noted, “It is dangerous to be right when your government is wrong.” Obama has self-proclaimed Maoist worshipers, Marxist Communist and goober gobblers out the gazan running around the country taking shots so to speak, threatening lawsuits and regulations on anyone or any entity or anyone that disagrees with their agenda. Please keep in mind, “Evil begats Evil!
Repeal the 17th amendment now to restore state’s rights the Democrats took away from America. As a matter of fact repeal every amendment created after the 10th and we will restore our freedoms as the founding fathers intended. Most of these amendments are no longer necessary because they have accomplished what they were intended long ago but some of them have infringed deep down into the far reaches of our constitutional freedoms. Sounds radical, huh but it is a necessary radical thing that must be done. Extreme measures require extreme actions from we the people; that is if you want to be free.
Avoiding the truth or maintaining a mindset of denial only changes the outcome by bringing on the new inevitable of what didn’t have to be.
