Report: GOP Votes Not There For Boehner’s Plan

I just got off the phone with a source inside the Capitol. He tells me that as of right now, despite some so-called Tea Party Republicans like Allen West supporting the Boehner plan, the votes to pass the plan, as of right now, are not there.
Boehner is reportedly trying to see how many Democrats he can get on board but most of them are resistant to voting for the plan as well. The exact number of votes Speaker Boehner has is unknown but his intense lobbying efforts indicate he is short of the needed majority. Reportedly, according to my source, there are about 40 Republicans who will not support the bill as of right now and have td him so. With this coalition, if it holds together, Boehner would need a few Democrats to come aboard.
Now is the time to call if you haven’t yet and tell the Republicans to vote no on Boehner’s boner of a plan. And if you are a liberal or a moderate RINO who wants more debt, please, let us adults drive for a while. You’ve done enough harm already.
