Phillip Estabrook, 87, USA WWII, Spokane, WA. / ANC 2 AUG 11
This is a Confirmed Mission!
Philip Estabrook, a WWII POW , D-Day and the Battle of the Bulge Hero, passed 19 May 11, surrounded by his family.
He is survived by Dolores, his wife of 62 years, five daughters, two sons, and eighteen grandchildren. Born on December 28th 1923 in Bangor, Maine, Phil was the son of Fred and Edith Estabrook.
He was a grandfather, father, husband, brother, son, friend, and soldier. If love could have kept him with us, he would have lived forever.
Mr. Estabrook is to be interred on the hallowed grounds of Arlington National Cemetery on 2 August 2011, at approximately 1000 hours from the Administration Building.
PGR has been invited to attend the services, and we will be there to stand tall silent and proud in honor of this American Hero, his family, friends and comrades at arms.
