Bureaucratic Dictatorship

The message we must get out to all of the states is to run these unelected unaccountable bureaucrats out of the states by using law to fine and incarcerate them if they try to impose their dictatorial policies on “we the people” such as the EPA and ATF. These people have no legal authority to impose their will on the populous because they were not duly elected to represent the people but are merely instruments of the legislature and not given permission to act independently on their own as they are doing currently. This reminds me of what Americans once went through with an overreaching government, which is “taxation without representation” and these reprobate liberal communist in the Obama administration must be served notice as well as the “make law as you go judges” on the federal benches that if they value their careers they better jump ship on Obama now while they still can. If you will recall the “Stamp Act” brought about the rebellion to an overreaching British government into the colonies and eventually led to the “Boston Tea Party’ of which we have revived in this nation with our version of the “Tea Party” and we must remain vigilant in our efforts to stop the insane liberal assault on our freedoms and that means disbanding the Democratic Party that has been overrun by communist infiltrators such as the “Black Caucus”.
We the People must let it be known we will not listen to nor obey these bureaucrat’s demands at the state level. The justification for doing this is the charge of treason against these individuals because they are circumventing the constitution. Warning: If the state governments don’t get a handle on this very soon we will witness chaos in the streets of America like we see in other parts of the world on a daily basis. So the answer is to pay attention folks and stay in contact with your elected representative and hammer them on a daily basis about these issues that threaten our freedoms. The truth is, it is our responsibility to see to it they do our bidding and not the dictators working under the communist in the White House. Yes, I said communist because that is what he is and you should call a spade a spade also and stop making excuses for him. To do so is to continue giving him cover and that is plain and simple sinful.
Keep in mind, if these Republicans we gave power don’t react to these insidious felons of justice they too will be replaced until we get only born again children of God into elected office that has the backbone to overthrow these thugs. No more pussy-footing around, it is time we act to protect our freedoms and the chance for our offspring to be able to obtain success. We must hammer our elected in the House to refuse funding to these unelected unaccountable bureaucrats and to impose stiff penalty on them for acting without congress consent and/or approval. This way we hold both the bureaucrats and the congress accountable for their actions.
Teddy Roosevelt saw through this deception: “Patriotism means to stand by the country; it does not mean to stand by the president or any other public official save exactly to the degree in which he himself stands by the country. It is patriotic to support him insofar as he efficiently serves the country. It is unpatriotic not to oppose him to the exact extent that by inefficiency or otherwise he fails in his duty to stand by the country.”
U. S. Supreme Court Justice Robert Houghwout Jackson put it simply: “It is not the function of our government to keep the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to keep the government from falling into error.” This justice’s comment is a far cry from what we hear from these “liberal lawmaking congressmen and judges” today.
“We the People are the rightful master of both congress and the courts, “said Abraham Lincoln, “not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”
A government that is anxious to give alms to as many people as possible is even more anxious to commandeer their earnings. Witness, through Federal, State, and local taxes, a man/woman pays 40% or better of their income in taxes. One might ask, “Why have we become a nation of such horrific lawlessness?” One of the main reasons is when the state becomes the violator of liberty and property rather than its guarantor; it debases respect for all law.
People in society develop an increasing disrespect and disregard for what the law demands. They view the law as the agent for immorality in the form of legalized plunder for the benefit of some at the expense of others, and this same disrespect and disregard sooner or later starts to creep into dealings between individuals (trickle-down theory). Society verges on the brink of lawlessness. Stop and think, when individuals began to ask government to do things for them, rather than merely to secure rights and property, they began asking government to violate others rights and property for their benefit.
