DID NOT SUPPORT SUCCESSFUL SURGE STRATEGY,
IT’S TIME WE RETIRE HER!
Anti-military radical Barbara Boxer from California has been in the Senate far TOO LONG! It’s time for Boxer to go!
Barbara Boxer was against The Surge in Iraq that helped turn the tide of that war. Thanks to General Petraeus and the extra troops sent in by President Bush, our troops in Iraq increased their presence and finally broke the insurgency, causing a decrease in violence and proving to the Iraqi people that Americans would not abandon them to the terrorists. But Senator Boxer opposed the surge and called for it’s end!
This is what Boxer said:
“…I don’t consider The Surge is a nuanced policy. It’s killing our soldiers at a great rate. I think we need to look at reality.”
Barbara Boxer even tried to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory when she voted to interrupt the surge and pull our troops out. Without The Surge, Iraq would have continued to be the most dangerous place on the planet, and likely would have escalated into total bloodbath and humanitarian disaster. No thanks to Barbara Boxer, that nightmare was averted by our brave troops.
In her poor judgment, Senator Barbara Boxer did not support our troops and actively opposed the winning strategy that saved millions of lives, both American and Iraqi. Now it’s time to retire Barbara Boxer!
