What caught my eye and a stench most horrible

We have been taken captive and most Americans still don’t see it! Read here listed in the curses of Deut 28:43, 44 “The alien who is among you shall rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower. He shall lend to you, but you shall not lend to him; he shall be the head, and you shall be the tail. In our case it is a curse of ignorance brought about by sin!
Reading a report in WND http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=196313 about how the IRS has been empowered to determine whether or not a private educational organization that educates on the statehood and status of Israel can have tax-exempt status is not the thrust of importance for this particular instance but the following is…. Cases are being sent to a special unit in the D.C. office to determine whether this or any organization’s activities contradict the administration’s public policies, the lawsuit reports. Did your alarm bells go off or are you still in a deep slumber? Immediately this raised my ire prompting the question, is this a process of circumvention of the constitution that the executive branch is doing or is it in accordance with the constitution? Who makes public policy or laws that govern American citizens? Well, since congress has to approve all funding according to the constitution and the founding document says congress shall make law it follows that congress makes public policy and anything not bound by the constitution that grants the executive branch certain authority it follows anything else the executive branch does or desires to do must be approved by the congress and that includes going to war. Is that not so? Is the congress or the executive branch of government responsible for making public policy? This is something every American better start teaching themselves by reading what the constitution says about these things. There is a dictatorship being installed in America right under our noses and we can’t seem to smell the horrible stench.
Note: In order to circumvent the constitution the Obama administration chooses to use the politically correct way of deception, which in his reprobated mind stays within the constitutional boundaries of going to war by not calling it war but “overseas contingency operation”. This is an example of the deception being used by the communist in the White House to justify his actions. You see the Democrats are convinced we the people are stupid and cannot rationalize what they are doing to America but hopefully soon they will see the light about us.
Folks, I must state once again this is an example of the communist in the White House determination to bypass the constitutional way of doing things, which is through the legislative branch of government. Obama has circumvented the congress at every turn to include who writes legislation. When forced the Democrats admit they are not going to waste their time reading these multi-thousand paged bills. This is proof positive somebody else is writing the legislation isn’t it? It is also telling someone else is pulling the strings in Washington. Think about it, we are paying the elected to write law in accordance with the provisions of the constitution and they are shucking this very important rule of governance. If that is the way things are going to be done in Washington then I ask why should we pay them for something someone else is doing?
The Democratic Congress has allowed him and his czars (both announced and unannounced) without so much as a whimper to get away with it. And the courts won’t act until what he is doing is challenged, that is the way the system works. It is obvious with the Democrats in charge of both the House and the Senate it will not be seriously challenged. Nearly every attempt to date by outside private concerns that have challenged the administration’s policies has been almost totally ignored by the liberal judges that dominate the federal court system in America. For instance, the challenge of his birth certificate with the court ruling these people have no standing. I say if “we the people” have no standing then the dictatorship is already established in America. The founders purposely installed the checks and balances into the law of the land to avoid just such criminal activity. This kind of governance has been going on since day one when the communist Obama took the oath of office he refuses to abide by. Actually with the passage of the Patriot Act by Bush it kicked into high gear this criminal activity but it also paved the way for Obama to take full advantage.
Although this instance is somewhat different, it follows the same pattern; did you know the communist in the White House and Eric Holder’s Department of Justice has turned over to the U.N. Human Rights Council responsibility to challenge the state of Arizona and many other states that are in the process of enforcing immigration law the communist will not do? The authority to intervene from an international point of view or level the ability, which in effect gives them the right to challenge the 10th amendment of the U.S. constitution which is a states’ rights issue and is sure to end up in the International Criminal Court bypassing our constitutional court system. Add to that the fact five of the Supreme Court Justices have stated International law should be taken into consideration when deciding U.S. cases then this strongly suggest the table is set for a one-world government dictatorship. Let that soak in a little and determine for yourself whether or not you should get involved to protect your children and grandchildren’s future. By enlisting the U.N.’s involvement this comes with the prior commitment to allow the U.N. to interfere in the sovereign affairs of the individual state’s business to overturn their decision to enforce immigration law and soon any other legislative authority the constitution grants the states. This alone should awaken Americans to the fact the U.N. should be kicked out of the U.S. and all past agreements nullified except those created in the original charter, which is a united effort to help other nations in time of trouble but by consent of the nation heretofore affected.
How long will “we the people” put up with this overthrow of the constitution? When will we the people start demanding he be impeached and thrown into prison for his treasonous activity along with his Attorney General Eric Holder? No I am not a journalist but I reckon I should be. At least I don’t abide by PC but tell it as it is. Why? Because the MSM, radio commentators and TV commentators won’t get out of line with PC therefore, they leave you unknowingly with the subliminal message if you must just say what I say. That way the cold hard facts never get public and because they won’t tell it like it is it makes you apprehensive to spill the beans. They win, you lose! Yep, it is time you too started calling a spade a spade, he is a communist dictator and has surrounded himself with communist of like-mind.
Think of it like this as long as the true message is suppressed because only a few will tell the truth meaning only a few limited people are getting the message if anyone such as myself starts getting attention they will eliminate me. But if all “we the people” lash out they can’t lock us all up can they? Remember the Cloward and Piven strategy that makes allowance for the killing of 25 million dissident Americans. So far, by close observation by all accounts of what we have witnessed so far this strategy will be administered by Obama and his czars. Please stop the rubbish of trying to figure out if he is a Christian or Muslim, this is only a diversionary tactic of manipulation of the public while they install their dictatorship. Obama is neither, he is an imp of Satan here to destroy America and it is that simple. And if you think that is important for people to know he is a Muslim it doesn’t change anything because the Muslim religion is straight out of hell anyway and the followers of that religion are either deceived or imps of Satan also.
