Liberal Media Praising Lindsey Graham! Don’t Be Fooled!

The liberal-dominated mainstream media are rushing to support Senator Lindsey Graham after MAF and other conservatives pointed the finger at Graham last week for his inconceivable vote in favor of Elena Kagan as the next Supreme Court Justice.

Despite being a member of the military himself, Graham justified his vote for the anti-military Kagan by simply rationalizing that “Obama won in 2008” so we must therefore defer to him and his choices for appointments.

Move America Forward is leading the fight to change Graham’s mind. He has stirred up a hornet’s nest with his vote in favor of anti-military Elena Kagan, who forced military recruiters off of the Harvard campus because she disagreed with U.S. policy on gays in the military!

We WANT to support Lindsey Graham, as a currently serving military reservist, and we would LOVE to pledge our full support to Lindsey Graham.  But he makes it IMPOSSIBLE when he votes for Elena Kagan and negotiating with Obama about closing GITMO!  There is a huge swelling of candidates who want to oppose Graham at his next election because of these betrayals!

We must convince Senator Graham to change his vote and OPPOSE Elena Kagan on the Senate floor, HE HAS MADE A HUGE MISTAKE!

FAR LEFT MEDIA PRAISE GRAHAM – DO NOT BE FOOLED!

The leftists in the mainstream media are welcoming Lindsey Graham with open arms as their latest “USEFUL IDIOT” in their quest to install Elena Kagan, an anti-military lawyer (never a judge), on the Supreme Court.

Dana Milbank wrote that “these days [Graham] towers above his Senate Republican colleagues,” lathering praise onto Graham for his courageous white-flag-waving and showing much disdain for Republicans who voted against Kagan.


Milbank said Republicans “showed their contempt for President Obama and his nominee by skipping the vote – just as they had done 51 weeks earlier for the vote on Sonia Sotomayor.” But why should ANY true American have anything but disgust for a person who shows contempt for our military, especially at a time when our troops are at war?

Sharon Grigsby of the Dallas News asked “How About we Form a Lindsey Graham Party.” Of course those on the left want to praise Graham to lure him into helping them with their agenda.  It is so frustrating that a conservative like Graham is so easily duped into supporting the liberal agenda.

Don’t be fooled by the leftist media! They aren’t praising Graham for “reaching across the aisle” they’re praising his willingness to LOSE, to RUN from a fight!
