The Bullfrog Croaks Again

The title “The Bullfrog Croaks Again” is misleading in that Jeremiah (The Black Racist Bullfrog) Wright hasn’t literally croaked. He has just re-emerged from his racist swamp and is croaking his usual venom.
President Obama’s (former) spiritual mentor hasn’t changed. Then, again, his mentoree, Barack Hussein Obama, hasn’t changed either. The president is just more adept at concealing his deepest and most volatile, racist beliefs.
Da Reverend Jeremiah has been relatively quiescent since his most illustrious parishioner at Trinity United Church of Christ cut him loose when he became an embarrassment during Obama’s campaign for the presidency.
Obama won and Jeremiah lost in 2008. Jeremiah knew very well that he wouldn’t be ostracized permanently. After all, the man he had tutored and called Barry may have gotten the gold ring but that ring was a ring in his nose. Barry just had to hew the Jeremiah line unobtrusively.
Which he did.
Well, Jeremiah bubbled to the surface again at the Chicago Theological Seminary where da reverend spoke to a sell-out crowd of 15 or 20 older African American women, according to Maureen Callahan of the New York Post.
Amazingly, this preacher who spoke nary a negative word about white people during Obama’s 20 years sitting in his pews, spewed enough racist venom at the seminary to almost make up for those 20 years of beneficence toward whites.
Among Jeremiah ”God damn America” Wright’s tempered, and ungrammatical, gems were:
. ”White folk done took this country. You’re in their home, and they’re gonna let you know it.”
. “You are not now, nor have you ever been, nor will you ever be a brother to white folk. And if you do not realize that, you are in serious trouble.”
. Citing Bill Jones, author of Is God a White Racist, he quoted this line: ‘They just killed four of their own at Kent State. They’ll step on you like a cockroach and keep on movin’, cause you not a brother to them.’ “
. He demeaned Italian Americans as Italians as “Mamma Luigi” and “pizzeria.”
. He ripped the educational system in America as designed by whites to miseducate blacks “not by benign neglect but by malignant intent.”
. On the Civil Rights movement and Martin Luther King Jr: The civil-rights movement was never about racial equality: “It was always about becoming white . . . to master what [they] do.” Martin Luther King was misguided for advocating nonviolence among his people, “born in the oven of America.”
According to the Post article, “Obama’s Race-Rant Rev Rages On,” Wright has done pretty well for himself while bemoaning the sad plight of blacks in America: ”Wright and his family moved into a brand-new million-dollar home located near a golf course and made of stone with a recessed doorway surrounded by pillars. . . Records show it was sold by Trinity United Church . . . and paid for in cash:” http://tiny.cc/bb01d
Not too shabby for a black racist and son of a preacher man who never worked a day in his life by the sweat of his brow. His life reminds you of the sleazy careers of the Reverends Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
Preaching white oppression to oppressed blacks seems to be a pretty lucrative gig, for the preachers, not for those preached to.
