The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) is the first medical society to sue to overturn the health care bill, otherwise known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). The group entered its case before the U.S. District Court as "AAPS v. Sebelius et al."
