		<description>I&#039;m sure that Howard Dean, an erstwhile physician, was &#039;reeducated&#039; after making an accurate comment about trial lawyers.  I&#039;m a physician who has been unfairly and repeatedly victimized by the medical liability system.  I&#039;ve been dismissed from every suit and should have never been dragged into any of the cases.  It&#039;s a total shotgun approach defended zealously by the one stakeholder who is enriched by the system. It hurts the medical profession.  More importantly, it harms patients.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s not going to bring any votes over.  You didn&#039;t read all that Dean said there. Plus he&#039;s always been for tort reform.  Look at the recent Massachusetts election it is being heralded as killing the health care bill,  that&#039;s why Insurance stocks went up.</description>
