I'm a physician who has been unfairly and repeatedly victimized by the medical liability system. I've been dismissed from every suit and should have never been dragged into any of the cases. It's a total shotgun approach defended zealously by the one stakeholder who is enriched by the system. It hurts the medical profession. More importantly, it harms patients. You didn't read all that Dean said there. Plus he's always been for tort reform.
