The Haiti Quake Aftermath – The Waiting Begins
J.J. Jackson | January 13, 2010
Following the tragic events that have transpired in Haiti with hundreds of thousands perhaps dead and injured in collapsed rubble the waiting begins.
What are we waiting for?
Well first we are waiting for liberals, perhaps even President Obama, to blame the tragedy on former President Bush. All things seem to be his fault these days and President Obama cannot seem to talk about any tragic event without tying it to his predecessor.
Second we are waiting for Al Gore, High Preist of Al Gore’s Church of Global Warmology and Society For the Acceptance of A Flat Earth, to blame the events on Global Warming/Climate Change/Whatever it is called this week.
On a more serious note I hope and pray for the people of Haiti and that they will recover quickly from this most tragic of events.
UPDATE! (1/15/2010):
Well, that didn’t take long at all! Danny Glover has apparently been forth to speak for Al Gore’s Sect of Warmology!
“And I hope that we seize this particular moment because the threat that happened to Haiti is a threat that could happen anywhere in the Caribbean what happened to Haiti is the threat that could happen anywhere in the Caribbean, to these island nations. You know … they’re all in peril because of global warming, they’re all in peril because of climate change and all this. And we need to find … when we did what we did at the climate summit, in Copenhagen, this is the response … this is what happens … you know what I’m sayin’? That we have to act now.” – Danny Glover
It is a little garbled but I tried to transcribe it as best I could.
Video:
Remarkably I have actually heard some people claiming that this interpretation, Glover blaming the events on Global Warming, is being taken out of context! Wow! Seriously though I don’t know how you can mistake what he said. He says that the Island nations are in danger because of global warming, and that THIS is the response to what we did in Copenhagen. What did we do in Copenhagen? Nothing. Absolutely nothing and thank God for that! So since we did nothing in Copenhagen to address global warming Glover obviously means to imply that this is the result. That is unless Glover thinks that not getting an agreement out of Copenhagen was something that was good for what he believes is a problem! That would make him even dumber!
Some people are just so blind to the truth that even when it is right in front of their eyes chewing their faces off they cannot admit to it.

I KNOW! Even Little Green Footballs is claiming this!
Needless to say I now have a very low opinion of that site which was once a pretty good read. They need to get their heads out of their arses!
What Glover said was clear and is not being taken out of context. The audio is right there!
Someone send our official liberal crap to English translator a message and get his take!
LP, RRG emailed me on this. As the official “liberal crap to English translator” I have reviewed the tape.
Speaking as a recovering liberal I can say that there is no doubt that Glover is indeed inferring that the quake was caused by Global Warming. Talked enough like this to know! The guy is a kook!
