Obama cracks down on tax deadbeat contractors

President Obama on Wednesday ordered federal agencies to keep tax deadbeats from being awarded federal contracts. "All across this country, there are people who meet their obligations each and every day," the president said at the White House. "You do your jobs. You support your families. You pay the taxes you owe because it's a fundamental responsibility of citizenship." Mr. Obama issued the order through a presidential memorandum, which sidesteps congressional approval.
