THE MOP UP The speech? What speech? Oh, yeah. President Obama's State of the Union address is over, but the reviews continue to multiply in the press petri dish. Before it all begins to coagulate - or smell - here's a compendium of assorted afterthoughts: Initial numbers: 48 million people watched the speech on cable and broadcast networks, according to Nielsen. Most deifying review: "If presidential leadership were only about giving speeches, the jackhammers would already be at work on Mount Rushmore."
