The people were in dire straights. They decided to go to God and ask Him to help them. They needed a leader. So they chose a spokesperson and approached God. "God we need someone to lead us and we need someone with character and good morals". God said, "Ok, I will send him". Time went by and no leader emerged. The people were starting to panic. Again they went to God and said, "God you said you would send a leader. Why haven't you done it?" God said, "I did send him". The spokesperson said, "Well, if you sent him then why hasn't he helped us?" God said, "You aborted him". This reminds me of something I heard once.
