The tea parties are an American thing not a republican thing.

Well now, it would seem that the Republican Party wants to lead the tea party and I for one don’t think so. They have set up town hall meetings in the hopes of creating the drive and persistence that the American people brought to democrat town halls; they are even going to have one hosted by McCain himself, oooh I want to go NOT! On second thought, why not go and let these guys know who it is that is in charge and it isn’t them either. They seem to think like the democrats that this is just a republican thing, they would be wrong it is an American thing and neither party has sense enough to figure that out.
So, I say go to these meetings and let them know very loudly they do not pick who we want for president, that they are not the be all end all and that we will be voting for the right man or woman not for a party… The democrats have been catching hell and rightly so, but there are a few republicans who need to feel the heat as well, like John McCain who dared call his people racists and then there is Steele who has basically said the same thing recently, we need to let them all know it will not be business as usual and they are not leading the tea parties… It is time the tea parties made a break from the Republican Party and let them know that unless they shape up they will not be getting any of that support either.
Oh there are some that I believe should keep their seats but not all of them Mr. McCain, they need to know that if we put them back in power that they had better get off their collective butts and do something, no more backdoor deals, no more gangs of anything, we do not plan on electing them so they can side with the democrats. They want to take what the American people put together on their own and claim it as theirs and I don’t think any of them has earned that right by a long shot. They need to do some house cleaning of their own, they need to get rid of the RINO’s those to weak to stand up against the all powerful democrats and those who might as well be and they need to show us they mean business.
The only promises we are standing on is those given to us by Jesus, the rest of you need to prove to us you plan to take us seriously. America is sick to death of these stupid campaign promises that not a single one of them plan to keep, we don’t need more tax credits we can’t take unless we are lucky enough to file a schedule A, we don’t need to hear all you vast promises, Ideas do not feed our families, and promises do not run our cars. We want to drill in America and put our people to work on those oil fields, we want to have our cars built in America by Americans and we want the border closed so that what jobs we have left go to Americans.
So yeah, go to these cute little meetings, tell them what they are doing or have done that caused them to be in the big mess they are in now, and tell them what it will take for them to get out of it. We all know that the tea parties were not created by the Republican Party and we darn sure are not going to let them take them over… The tea parties are an American thing not a republican thing.
