RSSSenator Burris’ Conflict with the Constitution

Democratic Party hack Roland Burris, (D-Il) who got his job as a United States senator as a result of disgraced governor Blago’s greed and because of the color of his skin, 
made a profound observation on Obamacare’s mandated health insurance.
Sen. Burris, a constitutional ignoramus, “pointed to the part of the Constitution that he says authorizes the federal government ‘to provide for the health, welfare and the defense of the country.’ “
Advised in an October 21st interview with CNS that the word “health” appears nowhere in the Constitution, Bumbling Burris, an over-achiever if there ever was one, blustered, “That’s under the Constitution. We’re not even dealing with any constitutionality here.” 
Excuse me?
Burris then rambled on about private options, yada, yada, yada, and resorted to the Democrat default position by dredging up a number constantly in flux: ”We’ve got the 48 million people who are without it. [health insurance]”
Disregarding the fact that his number is baloney and that many of the uninsured have no bloody interest in health insurance and even less interest in socialized medical coverage, Bumbling Burris rambled on his merry way.

In related news, over in the House, Speaker Pelosi’s Obamacare bill is said to incorporate massive fines and jail time for any American citizen who dares defy this repressive administration’s and Sen. Burris’ interpretations of our Constitution.
According to the Joint Committee on Taxation, JCT, as this is being written, Democrats are huddled behind closed doors cooking up fines of up to $250,000. and 5 years in a federal clinker for anyone who does not maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage,” acceptable to Mrs. Pelosi and her fellow enforcers: http://bit.ly/3VcHAi
If CNS and the JCT aren’t careful, if that news service doesn’t cease and desist seeking honest responses to pertinent questions and the non-partisan JCT persists in reporting the truth, they will soon find themselves in the same category as Fox News, blacklisted by the Obamians.
Should that happen and when there are no objective media opposition left for the Obama administration to contend with, all Americans might just as well sign up as leftist Democrats or be banished to some gulag.
The plus for Burrus is that he will be proclaimed a constitutional scholar far more astute and scholarly than Judge Robert Bork ever was.
