Be Wise as Serpents Harmless as Doves

Stay Focused
A very dangerous thing is happening and we must nip it in the bud before it gets out of hand. Some Tea Party protestors, 9/12ers and other protest groups have begun vying with one another for attention or power grabs. This is absolutely the worst thing that can happen to us as a people but that is what the devil uses more than any single weapon in his arsenal “divide and conquer” and don’t be surprised if Obama’s national security force isn’t infiltrating the ranks and sowing this discord by design. They can disguise themselves from being wolves to appear as sheep but in reality they are working to destroy what we have accomplished in energizing America. Keep this in mind please. 2 Corinthians 11:14-15 and no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. The whole purpose of his civilian force is eliminate opposition to his policies by any means necessary so wake up folks and don’t fall prey to these tactics. And also remember the MSM is solidly behind Obama so don’t pay much attention to them or you may fall prey to their scheme. These people are masters of sending both subliminal and conscious messages that can end up having devastating effects to our effort to take back our country. Stay close and encourage one another regularly; the battle has just begun. Avoid Obama’s speeches entirely because is as the apostle Paul described as one of those that comes with enticing words of man’s wisdom but inside is evil. Although he could have come with eloquent speech considering he finished first in his class under the great teacher of the time Gamilael he didn’t. 1 Corinthians 2:4-5 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. 2 Corinthians 3:12 seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech.
We might want to consider another possibility in the making. The fact that this group of protestors is so diverse the possibility exist that if discord is sown among the ranks anarchy might prevail and that would give a bad name to all of us. I believe there is only a hairline separating going to anarchy and not going so we must be careful to stay focused on what got us together in the first place. Here are some scriptures descriptive of anarchy. 2 Peter 2:10 but chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. Isaiah 53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Citizen protest or seeking redress must stay focused on what motivated us to protest in the first place. We mustn’t allow rebellion and power grabbing to erupt within the ranks. What motivated us to carry signs and attend the tea parties etc. in the first place, “freedom”. We are all threatened by an overreaching government that is ignoring the demands of “we the people. Leave off this divide and conquer strategy by the wiles of the devil using some human agencies because a house divided can’t stand. Do not allow anything or anyone to deceive you into losing the focus of the original intent of all these protest or they will count for nothing plus will assure those in power of what a weak people we are and how easily manipulated we can be. We must stay peaceful and not tempt those in power to push the button declaring “Martial Law” because I believe this is what they are licking their chops to do. We can fire them no matter how much money they have to campaign with if we stay focused and remember how they ignored us on the bills they against “we the people” on. I warned long ago not to allow politicians to lead the charge of our Tea Parties because although sincere they are going to use their experience to take over the leadership of the movement to get funding sent into their coffers for their purpose. They are welcome to participate but only to help lead the charge. They must be willing to resign themselves to just be one of us with no power grab intentions. The scripture says we will know them by their fruit and once a politician walks away from the citizenry of these protest because he/she can’t accept being just one of the protestors we can know their heart wasn’t in it for the right reason. Remember it is politicians that got us in the mess we are in. The old saying follow the money is in play here. Times are getting tough and raising money is even harder so what is resulting is competition for funding, which I might add is what Washington is counting on. They look at what we are doing as a fad that will go away over time. The result will be the destruction of our goals to take back our country from evil politicians and the special interest they have given their allegiance. Are they right, is that what will/or is happening to us as a diverse body of people with one common theme and that is stop the spending of an overreaching government’s intrusions into our lives. We must leave off this dividing of purpose or we will die as a force for Washington to reckon with. This fight must stay at the grassroots period. The way an individual can tell who to support is by the focus of unity in action and not by competing one organization with another. Ignore completely those that would sow discord among the ranks of “we the people”. You would think we have already had a belly full of that from Washington.
Thomas Jefferson said “A little rebellion now and then… is a medicine necessary for the sound health of government”. End of quote
Our Responsibility
We must understand and remind ourselves and each other, “Patriotism means to stand by the country; it does not mean to stand by the president or any other public official save exactly to the degree in which he himself stands by the country. It is patriotic to support him insofar as he efficiently serves the country. It is unpatriotic not to oppose him to the exact extent that by inefficiency or otherwise he fails in his duty to stand by the country.” “We the People know we are the rightful master of both congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”
We must stay focused on the word “freedom” and not let any cultural or political socio-idioms interrupt our effort to restore the constitution as the natural guiding light. We must realize we all have differences but share one main goal and that is to stop the growth of government’s reach into our lives. Our number one focus or purpose as citizens should be as Jefferson imparted to us….. “Experience hath shown that even under the best forms (of government) those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny”.
If we are looking for guidance use this to motivate you, look no further than those that have already been there and done that. Ben Franklin “I think vital religion has always suffered when orthodoxy (prevailing attitude) is more regarded than virtue (desirable quality of outcome). The scriptures assure me that at the last day we shall not be examined on what we thought but what we did.” Thomas Jefferson imparted a bit of wisdom to us when he said, “When the government fears the people, there is liberty, but when the people fear the government there is tyranny. If a nation values anything more than its freedom, it will lose it says William Somerset Maughm. Furthermore, if its comfort or money that it values more, it will lose that too. In other words, your job and financial security should be the least of your concern at this juncture because you are going to lost that anyway but your freedom, which will insure you are able to maintain a job and financial security should be of the utmost importance to you.
Know this, in case you think for one minute you are saving yourself from scrutiny from the thugs in Washington using political correctness doctrine to frighten you that couldn’t be more wrong, the end result is only a temporary reprieve and enslavement will follow. Homeland Security has already defined the Christian, opponent of gay marriage and abortion as one of the greatest threats to their goal of establishing America as a fascist nation. Please understand one of the first goals of tyranny is to create fear in the population, a goal already accomplished through political correctness doctrine; fear so paralyzing that the public will accept any measure to allay it. Make the threat onerous enough and the people will relinquish everything. The government is always presenting us with a crisis, whether it is health care, terrorism, crime, environmental or whatever they dream up. We the people are left with two choices, be consumed with the crisis or let the government solve the threat of the day by limiting, constraining, or removing freedoms. Is this not where we are as a country and is it not a people gripped with fear of reprisal from its own government. If you have lived long enough to appreciate what freedom means and desire your children/grandchildren be afforded the same then Patrick Henry’s proclamation of “Give me liberty or give me death should be your deepest held feelings. Remember the old Aesop fable about the horse tormented by a wild boar hog. Exasperated, Horse asked Man for help. “Certainly,” said Man, “I shall help you, but first you must let me saddle you up.” Agreeing to the terms, Horse found his problem quickly resolved, but found too, the price extracted was weighty: Horse’s freedom. Of course, the moral of this story applies directly to what we see happening in America today, which is a frightened and tormented people that is willing to horse-trade away its fundamental freedoms. Test yourself; are you afraid of the IRS? Do you have confidence in the FBI? Are you satisfied with the job being done by the BATF, CIA, CPSC, DEA, EEOC, EPA, FCC, FDA, FDIC, FERC, FTC, NLRB, OSHA, and SEC? What about the ATBCB, CFTC, FCA, FEC, FHFB, FMC, NCUA, NMB, NTSB, NRC, PBGC, PRC, SBA, SSA, USITC, AND USPS? Who’s checking up on all these agencies? Who’s looking for corruption? If corruption is found, who’s prosecuting? Who’s assuring justice will be served? Did you know that for every law passed by Congress, un-elected bureaucrats in government agencies pump out on average 18 new regulations, each with the force of law? If you checked the U. S. Constitution, you would find this sort of run amuck federalism isn’t allowed. When these powerful government agencies go astray and they do and will in the future, and your freedoms are at odds with the powerful central government, whose side will win? As Voltaire noted, “It is dangerous to be right when your government is wrong.”
We have almost completed a cycle that has followed man all his days since being on planet earth. In a study done by Dixie Lee Ray, he noted that throughout the history of great democratic nations, they endured about 200 years before their fall from power and subsequent disintegration. In every case there appears to be a clear-cut sequence of stages:
From bondage to spiritual faith.
From faith to great courage.
From courage to liberty.
From liberty to abundance.
From abundance to complacency.
From complacency to selfishness.
From selfishness to apathy.
From apathy to dependency.
And from dependency back again into bondage.
Do you see the United States somewhere in this sequence? Has our great country been so compromised and corrupted that we’re now willing to march in lock step to our doom in the footsteps of other fallen nations? A British historian Alexander Tyler once said, “ A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government; they will only exist until the people find that they can vote money for themselves from the treasury and until the politicians find that they can distribute that money in order to buy votes and perpetuate themselves in power. Hence, democracies always collapse over weak fiscal policy to be followed by a dictatorship. “A country which leads the world in homosexuality, promiscuity, pornography, divorce, abortion, violent crime, drug usage, alcoholism, and child abuse: a country which embraces its enemies (China through trade) while turning its back on its friends (Taiwan); and a country which turns its back on its spiritual, Christ-centered heritage while believing itself to still be the greatest – is ready for a major fall,” says Don McAlvany. It happened to Rome, Babylon, Persia, Assyria, Greece, and now America is on the verge of allowing it to happen. If you agree with this please pass this on everyone you possibly can.
