RSSAll Is Rotten in the District of Columbia

Nancy Pelosi’s “historic moment” came and went when the United States House of Representatives last night passed its version of Obamacare.
In a 220-215 vote with 218 needed to pass the bill, late on Saturday night, as gutless, intimidated Blue Dog Democrats sat on their hands waiting to see how the tally would go, Queen Nancy 
Farcical, ”tough new restrictions [were imposed] on abortion coverage,” according to the Associated Press, http://bit.ly/5bEAf.
The AP, an arm of the Democratic Party, had to be fully aware that such coverage would soon be sneakily slipped into any Obamacare law. Just as the “public option,” designed to obliterate any private options, was incorporated, so too will be the abortion option.
Barack Obama is the Crown Prince of Abortion. Does anyone in his right mind believe that killing the pre-born won’t become an integral facet of his legacy law?
The “world’s greatest deliberative body,” the United States Senate, can now deliberate and decide the fate of socialized Obamacare.
As gross as it it is, the thought that comes to mind with this latest Democrat insult to the soul of America is this old rhyme:
“In days of old, when knights were bold, and toilets weren’t invented, they dropped their loads in the middle of the road and went away contented.”
Speaker Pelosi last night dropped the most massive load of her life.
I just hope she’s contented with her effort to condemn Americans to socialized medicine and to taxpayer-funded abortion, even as she retains her unique, special, private, congressional coverage.
