RSSSecret Service Investigating Swastikas Now

Liberals hate being accurately compared to socialists, especially the national socialists of Germany (aka the NAZIs). They go absolutely bonkers when you start lining up their policies of big government, wealth redistribution and eugenics along side of what the NAZIs did and believed and think that by screaming loudly they can make it all not true.
How bad has it gotten? So bad that the Secret Service, an agency tasked many years ago founded to investigate counterfeiting of US Currency and later taking on an expanded role of protecting the president, is actually investigating swastikas used in conjunction with Obama’s name! No joking!
LAKEVILLE, Mass — Police along with the Secret Service are investigating after a local country club discovered a swastika carved into the green.
Lakeville County Club workers discovered the vandalism early Monday morning.
Carved into the green on the 18th hole was a swastika next to President Barack Obama’s name.
The vandals snuck in at night and carved their message of hate, according to the owner of the country club.
The vandalism says I [Swastika] Obama – you know, like I [Heart] New York? No mention in the story of an actual threat to the president, just someone voicing an opinion about the President. Yes vandalism is illegal but investigating vandalism is not the duty of the Secret Service last time I looked.
In fact right from the Secret Services own website:
Today the agency’s primary investigative mission is to safeguard the payment and financial systems of the United States. This has been historically accomplished through the enforcement of counterfeiting statutes to preserve the integrity of United States currency, coin and financial obligations.
Since 1984, the Secret Service’s investigative responsibilities have expanded to include crimes that involve financial institution fraud, computer and telecommunications fraud, false identification documents, access device fraud, advance fee fraud, electronic funds transfers and money laundering as it relates to the agency’s core violations.
Not a single thing in there about vandalism. And considering that investigating vandalism is not a mandate of our federal government (check the Constitution if you believe otherwise) it is probably for good reason. Not that much of what is included in that description from the Secret Service’s own site falls into the realm of Constitutional anyway. So that leaves us with but one conclusion, that now calling Obama a socialist is somehow a threat to the president. Protecting the messiah’s image from the truth, that he is indeed a socialist, is apparently that important that the Secret Service must now have its duties redefined and expanded.
