Nouveau Sex-Ed

Gene Lalor | October 15, 2009

At this stage of the teacher-has-sex-with-student game, it’s barely news anymore.

Back in the day, kids had to get parental permission slips for sex-ed classes and for those special classes offered to pre-teen girls to explain the facts of their anatomical/biological lives.

Nowadays, if not the norm, it’s all but accepted that some teachers, male and female, conduct individualized, very private, sexual education tutorials for select students.

Until they get caught.

The names of various educators who have taken their sex-ed mandates to whole new and un-mandated levels replete with teaching every conceivable sexual nuance are now inscribed in the annals of “educational sexual explorations.”

Think the notorious Queen of Pedophilia Mary Kay Letourneau    and her 13 year old lover, Vili Fualauu, and the too-pretty-to-go-to-prison Princess Debra LaFave    who preferred older consorts, as in 14.

Also, see “Teachers Gone Wild–Again!” http://www.genelalor.com/blog1/?p=1038 and “Teen Sex and their Teachers,” http://www.genelalor.com/blog1/?p=292 for all the reader ever wanted to know about America’s educators and their extracurricular help.

Now we can add cheerleading coach and freshman English instructor, Nicole Howard, photo  age 25, to the distaff rogues’ gallery.

Allegedly, Nicole took her educational responsibilities very seriously and to heart, especially when they involved an unidentified, 16 year old high school Dayton H.S. quarterback.

This all occurred last winter.  At Howard’s trial, the student graphically detailed their sexual enounters which he described as “stressful,” an odd adjective to use considering he went willingly, though sometimes juiced by vodka, to her apartment to get undressed and un-stressed.

If he was stressed, surely his minutely-detailed assignations with a woman 9 years his senior should have relieved that stress sufficiently so that there was no excessive need for repeatedly going back for more.

Except maybe to score again.

If anyone looks stressed it’s Ms. Howard who appears to have aged at least 10 years since her adolescent liaisons.

She looks like she’s been through the proverbial mill although that look may be due to misplaced and regretted lust: http://bit.ly/shqwn

I’m not taking sides in this sexual contretemps since Ms. Howard’s trial has just begun but I will offer a few unsolicited opinions:

At the minimum, Ms. Howard should have shown greater discretion in her student-teacher relationships, which is hardly a perspicacious insight but apparently is a necessary reminder to today’s teachers.

At the maximum, if the charges of first degree sexual abuse stick, she should plead temporary insanity.  After all, her student-victim claims that when asked what Howell said during sex, the student responded, “She called me Daddy.”

Nicole obviously suffered from an unrequited Electra Complex and saw in her quarterback a substitute for the love denied her by her father.

That’s all a crock, of course.

She bedded her teen lover because she’s a twisted woman and he willingly hopped into her sack because he was a horny dawg who revelled in the conquest of a dumb teacher and could boast about it in homeroom.

Howell’s sugar-daddy is off the hook.  Nicole faces up to 5 years in the slammer.

During that time she will no doubt meet some more experienced sugar-mommies in the can.

They will teach her some new sex tricks so that when the ex-con emerges as an older and wiser, future cougar she just may wait until her victims are shaving regularly before she seduces them.

Even David Letterman waited until his stable of interns were out of high school.
