I am asking you to help me teach them.

My daughter who is stationed at Luke Air Force base in Arizona, decided she needed another car so she went to a place called Camelback Hyundai, she had found an ad online for a car she thought she could afford. They gave her the loan and she drove it off the lot, she was happy for all of about a week, when they called her to tell her there was something wrong with the loan and she had to bring it back. Once there she was told they had an even better deal for her, and put her in a 2009 Hyundai, that she drove for a month, while out of town she received a call that they were going to come pick up the car and once again there was something wrong with the loan.

This time they sent her home in a 2004 mustang that had severe charging problems, to the point she had to buy it a battery just to get to work and yet another vehicle she would not be allowed to keep, when she tried to get her car back, the first time it was blocked between cars and recently they lost her key, after a week or two of that they now have the key she has returned the mustang and they are refusing to give her back her down payment, refusing to give her the money back for the battery, saying it was just enough to cover the cost of making the key they lost!!! This is called bait and switch and it is illegal, however since Frances is Air Force she cannot do much legally and is out a lot of time and aggravation and now it would seem her down payment money as well. This is so wrong on so many levels, these people had all of her information each time they told her the loan had gone through or they would have never let her drive off the lot, I have to wonder just how many other Air Force personnel they have done this way knowing they are hesitant to bring any kind of legal proceedings against them. In fairness I contacted
Hyundai Motor America
P.O. Box 20850
Fountain Valley, CA 92728-0850
Phone : (800) 633-5151
Email : consumeraffairs@hmausa.com

They sent the customary email of they would reply in three days, it has now been five so I owe them no more in the way of being fair.

I am angry that they would do a nice young lady this way, I am angry that they would do an Airmen this way, I am angry that they would do anyone this way and I am hoping you are as angry as I Am., the dealer that did this is Camelback Hyundai in Arizona 602-249-1133, The person the have wronged is my daughter Frances Hileman, they at the very least owe her the down payment back. Not one bit of this mess makes any sense at all and they need to know how wrong it is, so I am asking you to help me teach them.
