THIS RACISM MUST END!!! (*Updated in detail)

Gene Lalor | September 20, 2009

Jimmah Carter had better step up to the plate again to denounce yet another despicable act of racism!

I’ve had enough, I tell you, and I’m NOT gonna take it anymore!

The latest instance involves telling a sitting governor to get out of the race for re-election, just because he’s black!  Not because he’s inept, mind you, which he is, but because of the color of his skin.

Black Governor by Default David Patterson   has been told, not asked, to drop out, allegedly because he can’t win.

But Jimmah and I know the real reason. It’s not incompetence nor the content of Patterson’s character nor his incessant bumbling nor because he’s legally blind, although he’s also being discriminated against because of that last factor.

Patterson knew this was coming.  The New York Daily News reported on August 21st that he “blamed a racist media . . . for trying to push him out of next year’s election.” More specifically, he added, “The whole idea is to get me not to run in the primary:” http://bit.ly/17pgdE.

Now it’s happened.  Transparent racists want him out and used Rep. Gregory Meeks  of Queens, N.Y. to deliver the bad news to Patterson: http://bit.ly/45P45Q.

Incidentally, Meeks is black and Patterson’s marching orders came from black president Barack Obama.

Jimmah, stop eating those peanuts!  Where are ya when we really need ya?  At least try to get Patterson a job in Washington as Obama’s Peanut Czar, you jackass!

* Update:  On Sunday, an obviously angry Governor Patterson essentially told Obama to stick it in his ear with his sparse, pointed 5-word comment that, “I am running for office.”

He did add that, “I’m not going to discuss confidential conversations,” http://bit.ly/13FOTM, but his point was already made.

The governor also made public a rather angry audiotape of his feelings which he sent to the president.  I was lucky enough to hear and record the contents but I can’t vouch for its absolute accuracy:

“I’m not going to let my president, even if he is black like me, push me around as if I were some slave on his plantation!  I’m free, black, and over 21, so get off my back, Barack!

I happen to be one of only two black governors in this country.  Up in Boston . . . wait, is Boston a state?  Anyway, Deval Patrick, he be the only other black governor in the United States and he’s on my side.  So, there!

With 50 states–I could never figure how you said you campaigned in all 57 states–blacks should be governors of at least 6 or 7 states.

If we really do have 57 states, then blacks should have at least eight.

And don’t anyone be telling me about racial stats in the NBA, okay.  Those black players deserve to be 82% of the total.  We all know white men can’t jump.

So, just don’t even try to stop me from running, okay!  I may lose in 2010 but at least I will have tried, right?  Isn’t trying the main thing, even if my homies say trying is only good when we succeed at sumpin?

Last thing, and this is between just us, okay?   Don’t tell nobody but Giuliani would make a better governor, as long as he loses that bratty, golfer kid of his.

Ok, second last thing, could you maybe teach Michelle how to dress and act like a First Lady instead of like some African war bride?
