Presidential Directive 51 Still Looms Big

All the protest, townhall meetings, writing to congress or whatever other means that is being used to get our message to congress and the Imposter means absolutely nothing to the powers that be. The reason is obvious as evidenced from the response we have received from the above mentioned events; they (the elected) call us names and continue to vent their anger at “we the people”. This should tell all they have an ace in the hole they are not revealing and the truth is only a handful of the leadership of both parties know it; the rest are just ignorant lapdogs to the leadership. Well, I am revealing it to you now with the hope we all get busy and start demanding an immediate law be passed to get the jump on the following. Folks this is not fear mongering but a fact we must attend to now. Let me say I am very well aware of the fact they do not plan on having any more elections in America at least the way we have in the past; however, I don’t see that we have any other choice so we must put forth the effort. If you haven’t seen what homeland security is currently sending out to all law enforcement across the country pertaining to what constitutes a threat do so now. I will tell you the short of it is anything they want it to be. If you don’t understand what the Patriot Act did to give them authority that bypassed the constitution do that also. I am talking about such things as the Master Search Warrant and placing citizens they deem a threat in internment camps without due process and holding them for an unspecified amount of time etc.

I suggest an effort begin right away to force congress to pass a law that will override Bush’s presidential directive 51as you will see and understand why below that the Imposter has allowed to stay active. We know there are more terrorist cells in the U.S. now than at any other time witness the current cells being rounded up and they are only one group and without a doubt suitcase nukes or some other form of massive explosions across the country is going to take place soon. This means the Bilderberger Group using their point man Obama will use this event to declare Martial Law to seize our property and any monies Americans have in the banks of America and bring us under a dictatorship. This is the Master Plan so get ready if you decide not to get involved in this effort.

First a little history and it is important you understand

There is a provision in the constitution for this regardless of his presidential directive giving him exclusive power to be a dictator in what he feels is a national emergency. Presidential directive 51 of which Bush created and Obama allowed to remain was necessary in his mind and the Bilderbergers to override a previously passed federal law that gave power to the congress to rein in a president’s directives if they felt it was necessary; however, the constitution says only congress can make law. The law I am talking about is… A U.S. federal law passed in 1976, which gives Congress oversight over presidential emergency powers during such emergencies. The National Emergencies Act is not mentioned in the text of the Bush National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive 51. Bush came under the gun of the Bilderberger authority and followed their orders to use this threat if they didn’t pass this unread over 1,000 page bill authorizing the Fed the use of this seven-hundred eighty-seven billion dollars (TARP money) for whatever they wanted. If you will remember Bush, Paulson and Bernarke said if they didn’t pass this in a few days the nation would be faced with a national emergency. I wonder how long it took these reprobates to write this over 1,000 page bill in preparation of this emergency. The stimulus had to be passed in a hurry according to Obama but after it got rushed through he took a four day vacation and said there was no hurry. What gives? What Bush did is unconstitutional but no elected officials seriously challenged him concerning this threat.

Presidential Directive 51

The Bush presidential directive 51 says that, when the president considers an emergency to have occurred, an “Enduring Constitutional Government” comprising “a cooperative effort among the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the Federal Government, coordinated by the President,” will take the place of the nation’s regular government, presumably without the oversight of Congress. This is a violation of the Constitution of the United States in that the three branches of government are separate and equal with no single branch coordinating the others. The directive created by the president, claims that he alone has the power to declare a catastrophic emergency. It does not specify who has the power to declare the emergency over. I might add and to repeat myself with Homeland Security’s definition of what constitutes a threat it can be anything they want it to be.

The directive further says that, in the case of such an emergency, the new position of “National Continuity Coordinator” would be filled by the assistant to the president for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism.

Remedy: There are two things we must demand from our senators. One, preparation must be made to have him declared mentally unstable and/or unfit to serve. Reason: to stop the Bilderberger Group from having their way with our lives. Two, his directives must be immediately challenged by the senate as unconstitutional. The really scary part is the Democrats control both houses and fully support the president so we must do as I have already said and that is prepare recall petitions for those that refuse to challenge the president’s usurpation of the constitution.

Footnote: Much of the money ($787 billion) went from there and was funneled through AIG and Goldman Sachs to other central banks or the now being created Bank of the World the one-world government plans to use.

Footnote: Black and Shoals master use of derivatives to funnel money into the hands of the Bilderberger Group is a primary cause of the economic fiasco we are dealing with now. Even today banks are still investing in these derivatives despite the fact they have proven themselves a total failure instead of using the bailout money to stimulate the economy as it was sold. If you are still wondering why the money is not being used to help American businesses grow now you know. Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac Lehman Brothers, Bank of America and others are examples of how these derivatives have broken our financial system but remember it was all done by design by these masters of the universe or so they think.
