RSSMr. Obama Needs A Dictionary

Liberals are funny to listen to. Especially President Obama who repeatedly shows everyone that he thinks he is smarter than he really is. This past weekend on This Week with George Stephanopoulos, the President had yet another, “YOU LIE!” moment. When confronted by the sniveling host, and former (perhaps current?) Clintonista, about whether or not the President’s plans to assess an IRS penalty on those that would not buy health insurance Obama told a whopper directed at his fawning supporters who will believe anything his silver forked tongue utters.
To Stephanopoulos’ credit, he did not let Obama play word games when he claimed that the mandate was not a tax going so far as to site Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary and the definition of a tax:

Obama claimed when confronted with this truth actually had the balls to say, “The fact that you looked up Merriam’s Dictionary, the definition of tax increase, indicates to me that you’re stretching a little bit right now”
That’s it? That’s Obama’s big defense? That because when he was confronted with the actual definition of a tax from the dictionary he derided the host for actually using the dictionary to prove him wrong? No Mr. Obama, what is “stretching a little bit right now,” is you claiming that the definition of a word is not important so that you can keep on lying.
The fee is most certainly “imposed by authority” and “on persons or property for public purposes.” So YES it is a tax!
But good old Uncle Barack was not done yet. When George pushed further and said, “That may be, but it’s still a tax increase.” Obama retorted in his typical manner, “No. That’s not true. I absolutely reject that notion.”
Mr, Obama, “YOU LIE!”
