In the interests of equity and elucidation, I hereby publish unedited and unexpurgated comments on my recently posted articles

Re: ” Ted Kennedy, the “Liberal Lion” and Murderer Is Dead,” ppaddy54 said, August 27th, 2009: “Best honest article I’ve read yet. In this country we imortalize those that do evil rather than good. If Ted Kennedy was really a man of integrity he would have done what was right and suffered the consequences for his actions. However, he chose to cover his track for his immoral behaviors, as his brothers sis before hime. How sad! I truely dont know the man’s heart, and I hope he did make peace with God. But frankley I dont think he knew God. The god he knew was the one of this world which vindicates the evil and persecute the good. In my book Ted Kennedy will not be missed.”

Re: “As Maine Goes the Nation? God Forbid!” Rich said, August 24th, 2009: “I’m not going to pull punches here. The prime reason that most of the NE states have gone decidingly left is because of those that once lived in MA and after screwing up that state so badly left for greener pastures. Only to start the process over again.  The same can be seen out west in CO, and other states. The wealthy, guilty feeling, selfhating libs destroyed CA, and are now hell bent creating their utopia on earth in another state.  As for the gay and lesbian community, I suggest you grow up and begin to understand that while not everyone in the US approves of your lifestyle most of us honestly don’t really even care what you do in the privacy of the confines of your own homes. However this constant movenment of trying to foist upon the American public an acceptance is begining to wear thin and wax old.”

Re: ” Mabel Defends Her Turf in Florida,” Rich said, August 23rd, 2009: “To quote Uncle Fester of the Addams Family; “shoot him in the back Gomez!”

Re: “Michael Jackson, One Mo’ Time,” Speechless said, August 22nd, 2009: “There is only one thing that I have learned from this article: You will certainly find the right words to tell the public in a fine and educated way that our earth is a flat disc…”

Proud American said, August 23rd, 2009:Michael Jackson was never convicted on child molestation charges…period. Your opinions about him being “a sick pedophile” are your opinions and not based on proven fact.”

Rich said, August 23rd, 2009: “Does anyone wonder about Mr. Jacksons addictions? Obiviously keeping a doctor on staff to adminsiter whatever drugs he was taking for whatever reasons should speak volumes about his behaviour, at least in that arena.  I keep reading how all this blame is being shifted on the the doctor. How his family has been threatened. Now to say that the doctor is completely without fault here would not be accurate. He could have, at anytime refused Mr. Jackson’s requests. That being said, the fact that Mr. Jackson was using drugs period.Where is the accountability of Mr. Jackson? I realize it’s hard to blame a dead man, but come on, had he not been taking those he’d be alive today.  As for Mr. Jackson not being convicted, he certianly settled quickly in the civil suit. Moreover, I would add that neither was OJ convicted, yet the prevailing thought is that he was guilty.  Just my two cents worth here….”

Re: “When Slimey Limeys Attack,” Proud American said:Great article. I’m floored that it’s not obvious to Americans that despite the challenges we face with our health care system, we still have the greatest medical care and advances in the world. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’d hate to do as the Canadians and put my name into a lottery to have the opportunity to meet with a primary care doctor or have to wait eight months for brain surgery. Canadians also are often incapable of providing common medical procedures and ship their patients over to America. It boggles my mind that there are those who think emulating the socialistic view and practice of medical care is the smart course for our country. I just don’t get it.”

Re: “Liar, Liar! Presidential Pants on Fire Part Two: Taxes on the Middle Class,” Rich said, August 5th, 2009: ”I have consistenly tried to point out to some of my co-workers that voted for these folks, that they will pay through the nose for being so blind.  It is my beleif that not only will wealth be continually defined downward, but the the tax code will be re-written yet again, to classify WHAT constitutes wealth.  I fear that they will take in to account all of your total assests, not just what you earn, or bring into a househould via income, but your total worth.  So if you own a home, you’re wealthy! Got a boat, you’re wealthy! Have more than one car well heck you’re wealthy!  I mean look at it from their point of view; if you can afford to own all these things or some of them, well then you have a job that pays you well enough to pay on them, ergo, YOU’RE WEALTHY!  These people will stop at nothing to get their hands on your money, the fruits of your labor or anything else that suits their fancy.”

Re: “Kopechne Remembered, Kennedy Awarded,” mackinney29 said, on July 30th, 2009: ”I certainly appreciate your remembering the young lady who was only one of the many victims of the Kennedy boys.  However, you are a better person than I. When it was announced that Teddy had a brain tumor, I turned to a friend and said, “Somewhere, Mary Jo is smiling….”

Gail said, August 27th, 2009:I would not wish a brain tumor on anyone; but Ted Kennedy enjoyed forty more years of life than did poor Mary Jo Kopechne. He got to die surrounded by spouse, children, grandchildren, friends; she got to die panicked and alone in a submerged car.  And the television media, at least in Massachusetts, is calling him the greatest senator of the 20th century and possibly all time.  I am a native of Massachusetts who has never voted for Ted Kennedy, and never would.”
