No Debate At All – A Dining Room Table Would Beat Barney Frank Hands Down
J.J. Jackson | August 19, 2009
Want to know what liberalism is? Just listen to Barney Frank (D-Massachusetts). He is as liberal as liberal gets. At his recent town hall Mr. Frank took great offense to a questioner who compared the current plans for a government run health care and insurance system (as though we did not have enough of them with Medicare, Medicaid, etc. already) to NAZI policies.
He blurted, “”On what planet do you spend most of your time?” and continued to blather on, “Ma’am, trying to have a conversation with you would be like trying to argue with a dining room table. I have no interest in doing it!”
The answer to his first question is that obviously she exists on planet Earth which, I am not that bold to say, is a planet Mr. Frank rarely resides on. Instead he apparently lives in a world where up is down and blue is red.
See, the facts are clear. Liberals hate being compared to NAZIs (and Hitler) because they know that they cannot defend themselves against such claims. Leftism comes in many flavors but be they socialists, fascists, communists, national socialists (NAZIs), totalitarians, or whatever have you, they all rule in pretty much the same way. They put their boot on the people’s necks and then they weed out the “undesirables” and “troublemakers.”
In fact “national health care” is was a NAZI principle. Right from their own platform in 1920 it states:
The State must raise the level of national health by means of mother-and-child care, the banning of juvenile labor, achievement of physical fitness through legislation for compulsory gymnastics and sports, and maximum support for all organizations providing physical training for young people.
Quibble over the wording all you want, that is essentially national health care. Of course dig further into their platform and you will find all sorts of things the modern American left absolutely loves from labor unions, abolition of private industry, “old-age pensions,” and so on.
Naturally liberals like Mr. Frank hate to be compared to the NAZIs because, well, like liberals throughout history (Hitler included) tend to do, they show everyone exactly what liberals like to do. Sure, American liberals have not begun shoveling Jews into ovens (at least not yet) but they have sharpened their scalpels and been cutting children (more often than not black children) from the womb for years. And let’s not forget about Obama’s buddy William Ayers and his Weather Underground group that wanted to round up free thinking dissidents and have them eliminated after they took over in a glorious revolution which thankfully has also not happened yet.
Mr. Frank should be careful about comparing people to dining room tables if only because it is clear that a dining room table has more intelligence in a single leg than Mr. Frank does in his whole body. Now consider that the intelligence of a dining room table is zero that then gives you a good idea of how low old Barney’s IQ is.
Also consider that Barney Frank has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution of these United States and that no where in this Constitution is found the authority for the government to regulate either health care or health insurance. Now, as our founding fathers repeatedly told us, this means that since such authority is not given it is reserved by the people and the States. This means one of two things which continue to add credence to my argument that the dining room table is smarter than Mr. Frank. First he is either illiterate or second he is just, like Foghorn Leghorn used to say, duller than a sack of wet mice.
Put Barney Frank in Congress and you get the Supreme Law of the Land violated. Put a dining room table in Congress in his place and I guarantee you that not once, ever, will it vote to violate the Supreme Law of the Land. Put them both in a room together for a debate and the dining room table wins it hands down.
