Next time it could be your mother they are slamming into a wall.

If you give an order that results in the injury to someone and you knew that there was a potential that it would do so, you by law are responsible for that action even though you never actually carried it out yourself. It is called depraved indifference, in order for it to constitute depraved indifference you must be wantonly deficient in a moral sense of concern, so lacking in concern for the life or lives of others and so blameworthy as to warrant the same criminal liability as that which the law imposes upon a person who intentionally causes a crime. Depraved indifference focuses on the risk created by the defendant’s conduct, not the injuries actually resulting. So let’s take a look at the president’s actions in the last twenty four hours shall we?
In the last twenty four hours the president of the United States of America called in the AFL – CIO and other unions in an attempt to stifle freedom of speech, that alone is reason to be upset, but the fact is he knew, that these people handle any and all situations with violence, he knew this and he sent them to shut down dissent at the town hall meetings. His actions resulted in injuries to people who had done nothing wrong, people who were only at these town hall meetings because they wanted the truth for a change. His actions resulted in one man being hospitalized, an elderly woman being shoved into a wall and other attacks. Did the president come out today and tell these people, that was not what he wanted, no. Has he even made any comment about it what so ever, no? This is depraved indifference at its worst and it is coming from the White House.
It must have taken some really big men to shove a elderly woman up against a wall, some really nice men to rough up an old man and put him in the hospital for days. The AFL – CIO must be really proud of their members right now, they managed to injure people whose only crime was exercising their right to freedom of speech. I wonder if they will be talking that up at the next union meeting how they went out to the town hall meetings and roughed up some old people who wouldn’t shut up. My Dad was a union president so I know you are not all like that, but not everyone else knows that a bunch of you are only in the union because you were forced to join. That you are not one of those who brandish clubs and bust the knees of those people crossing the line so they can feed their kids, yeah, I know, but not many other people do.
The unions have now over stepped their bounds, they are now acting as enforcers for the Obama administration, I suspect if the dissent continues he will call out the Black Panthers since they owe him for getting their voter intimidation charges dropped. So there you have it, an untouchable president who has at his disposal the unions, ACORN and the Black Panthers all of which await his command of which he is all to willing to give. Do not be mistaken, he does not intend to give up; he does not intend to be repentant he believes he is in the right, that the American people have no right to question him.
If we back down now, you can expect even worse retaliation the next time we dare speak up, but if we don’t back down this president’s actions may result in the death of an American citizen and we all know it. You can call it any ism you want, I call it wrong. We have just seem a small amount of what this man and his henchmen are capable of and at this moment our country is being held hostage by a mad man and unless we can convince the democrats to impeach, we will live under tyrannical rule until the next election if we are allowed to vote.
We could call in the national guard and he could nationalize them, right now we need reinforcements at those town hall meetings, we need those of you who are in the unions that never wanted to be there in the first place to step up, when this is all over I can assure you there will be a reckoning and we were just following orders will not fly here. This is the time when you decide who you really are and what it is you stand for, because next time it could be your mother they are slamming into a wall.
