UPDATED: House Democratic leaders have reached an agreement with a group of rebellious conservative Blue Dogs that will allow the stalled health care reform package to move through a key committee and on to the full House for a vote. Four Democratic Blue Dogs on the House Energy and Commerce Committee said they were prepared to vote for the compromise, allowing the long-delayed markup to begin Wednesday afternoon, according to several lawmakers.
