Here is a copy of the ObamaCare health plan. You better read it because you will be forced to live with it!

Here is an overview of the ObamaCare health care bill (HR 3200) which Congress is about to force every citizen to live under, except members of Congress.

Members of Congress will be exempt from being forced into this plan. They will have their own. The liberals, Democrats and some Republicans – while forcing you to join the plan – refuse to include themselves. Members of Congress will have a better plan which gives them freedom you will be denied.

You can read an updated and revised overview of HR 3200 compiled by Liberty Counsel.

Or, go to the full text of HR 3200 and read directly from the government website what this bill does!

Your Senators and Representative will soon be home for the August recess of Congress. Get a car load of friends and go meet with your Senators and Representative. Find out where he or she is holding Townhall meetings. Go to those meetings and ask for some answers! Some of them may try to avoid discussing ObamaCare. Don’t let them!

Nobody made the point that any increase in people covered would result in immediate increases in healthcare insurance costs for everybody, because the insurance companies would recalculate their liability to include the most unhealthy of our population that they now are required to cover. If insurance companies are forced to insure everybody, they will increase all premiums to charge everybody else for this extra cost and more people will drop their health insurance.

Nothing has been put forward to motivate healthcare providers to reduce costs through reengineering. automating, horizontal process development or improving quality or throughput. They should retool their costs down 20%. No Malpractice reform was put forward to eliminate defensive medicine or reduce malpractice insurance costs.

If there are 7.8M people who either can’t afford or get health insurance might sign up to a heavily subsidized public plan if it was free or almost free. At $1.6 Trillion over 10 years, the current bill would cost $160B per year. The government would pay $20,513 a year for each of them to be covered, plus whatever up to $4000 they had to pay. This is the $2000 hammer. It’s clear that only the very sick would sign up. There are already 12M people eligible for free government healthcare, who have not bothered to sign up, I assume, because they’re not sick.

I would not force employers to offer healthcare insurance or charge them an 8% of payroll tax if they don’t. I would not force anybody to purchase any insurance. If health savings plans were offered by every employer, they could offer a high deductible option and have money left over to pay a contribution to the health savings account. Who is paying for the TV ads promoting the Democratic Healthcare Bills, the taxpayer or the lobbyists ?
