This one finishes up amendment eight and there is nine:
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Enumerate means to list, so what it is saying is that the list in the constitution of certain rights may not be construed which means be interpreted to deny or disparage or belittle other rights retained by the people and then amendment ten goes even further:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
By telling us that if the power is not given to the congress in any of these amendments it belongs to the states or to the people. Next number eleven:
The judicial power (The branch of government that is endowed with the authority to interpret and apply the law, adjudicate legal disputes, and otherwise administer justice.
The U.S. judiciary comprises a system of state and federal courts, tribunals, and administrative bodies, as well as the judges and other judicial officials who preside over them.)
of the United States shall not be construed (be interpreted) to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by citizens of another state, or by citizens or subjects of any foreign state.
