Eight Republicans Pass Cap and Trade Bill
David L Lamon
Eight Republicans pass the most sweeping power grab in the history of the United States. This bill that the house passed will give and/or delegate to un-elected bureaucrats power over the lives of all Americans as never witnessed since becoming a nation over 200 years ago with the EPA leading the charge backed by the ACLU and other on the fringe organizations. These are people that do not have to answer to you for what they impose. The regulations they pump out will have the force of law as if the house and senate themselves had written it. This is runamuck federalism not allowed by the constitution. This bill would have failed in the house had not these Republicans betrayed their constituents. This bill drives the nail in the coffin of American freedom. I encourage all who cares about retaining the freedoms the constitution gave us to contact every news source in these house members district below and make sure the people of these districts know what their elected representative has done to them by voting for this insidious bill. Write letters to the editors of these local newspapers, do mailings, or anything you can think of to get these people fired or even recalled and replace them with people that will do the right things by their constituents. The day of free-lance congressional action must end now. If the senate makes this law we will have officially become a communist country, which is what Barak Hussein Obama is pushing for in the first place. No brag, just fact!
