Do you mean the Constitution? If so then yeah, it kind of is important to know the ground rules and have them set. There is nothing wrong with our Constitution except in the minds of people that want to oppress others into serving them and strip them of liberty. There's always Cuba if you want to live in the sort of country where those in powers arbitarily make and enforce rules. But liberals never seem to flock to live there ... just to make this nation like it for some odd reason and refusing to let the rest of us live in peace. What is the “Constititon”?
