Stay Of Execution For The Right Of Conscious
J.J. Jackson | April 8, 2009
Pharmacists against distributing do it yourself abortion drugs like Plan-B have received a stay of execution for their religious liberties and their rights of conscious in Illinois. The state is trying to enforce upon Christians (real Christians that believe it is wrong to murder mind you) its will and force them to partake in murdering innocent children for the convenience of the mother. But as WorldNetDaily reports, a state circuit court has put that fascist plan on hold:
Pharmacists in Illinois have been granted a victory in their legal battle over their right of conscience, according to the American Center for Law and Justice, an organization dedicated to protecting constitutional rights.
The state circuit court in Springfield has issued a temporary restraining order against the governor of Illinois, barring him from enforcing a 2005 administrative regulation that forced pharmacies to dispense Plan B and other abortion-inducing drugs.
The decision, just released on Friday, comes in a lawsuit over the dispute.
“This is yet another step on the road to full protection for the rights of conscience of all health care workers,” said Francis J. Manion, ACLJ senior counsel who argued the motion on behalf of pharmacists.
Those that believe that murdering children (living beings who meet every definition of human life) in the womb are of course not pleased. But they have simply jumped past the facts that prove this point and on to their agenda which is to kill as many “undesirables” (read children of the poor and minorities) as they can get away with.
Who knows where this will end up. Will it just be a speed bump that they will get by? Or will it be a roadblock that causes them to turn back?
