In fact, I think that our Alabama &quot;taxing pros&quot; should be more like those of Colorado. Does your novices know that the CO representatives are taxing the rain water that is collected in water barrels by their citizenry!?  Did GOD charge them for it? Oops, I forgot-separation of church &amp; state!</description>
